Editing the day theme
What the console looks like with the lights up — back office, prep, a terminal by a window at noon. Nothing chosen yet, so the house ivory skin is used with your accent corrected for contrast. Pick a theme here and it takes over.
Both halves ship in the same stylesheet and the browser picks, so switching skins never waits on the server and never flashes the wrong one.
From your own palette
Pick your brand colours and the console adopts them. The preview updates as you type; the contrast reading is live, because a theme nobody can read on a fourteen-hour shift is not a theme worth saving.

Property
A theme set on one property wins for that property only.
Venue
Otherwise the venue theme applies everywhere.
Platform
With neither set, the house theme is used.
Themes are injected as CSS custom properties at render time — no rebuild, no per-venue stylesheet. A change takes effect on the very next request, on every terminal.

Guest-facing menu screens, which stay dark so photography holds up
Status colours — mint settled, rose unpaid, amber attention
Contrast floors and focus rings
The settlement rules, which no appearance setting can weaken
